1. How can I resell the products?
To resell the products it is necessary to have a retail store for chocolates, sweets, confectionery, bakery, etc. It may be physical or virtual in nature.
2. Does Stalden Decor has physical store to buy the products?
Stalden Decor has no physical store, but there are several points of sale in retail. Click here to find a location that is convenient for you!
3. What is the shelf life of transfer sheets and printed blister molds?
The shelf life of these products is 1 (one) year. The manufacting date is printed on the packaging.
4. What are transfer sheet and printed blister mold for chocolate?
Transfer is a flexible sheet that contains edible printed designs and it is applied to chocolate.
Printed blister mold is PVC sheet (acetate) and contains cavities (several kinds) with prints. Just fill the cavities with tempered chocolate.
Customized Products
5. What are customized products?
There are three kinds of customized products: Transfer sheet for chocolate, Print Blister Mold for chocolate and Box for candies.
To develop these products, we have a department for you. We can develop special projects with your Company's brand, events, parties, celebrating dates, marriages, campaigns, fraternization, etc.
Access the customized products' page, fill out the form and send your brand or your wished print. You can also send an email to artes@staldendecor.com.br. Stalden Decor will work in your request and return you a virtual sample, simulating the expected result.
6. Why is the development costs is required if the design that I wish is done?
Stalden Decor's development team need to perform some adjustments in the art adapting it for production and reaching the best result for you, even when the art sent is drawn (vectored).

7. What is the deadline for delivery?
The delivery of the products happens up to ten (10) working days from the order approval. Once the order is received, we will send a detailed report by email. From the date of approval, the order goes to production queue.
8. Which is the minimum cost for order?

Guarantee
9. What is the guarantee of the products?
Stalden Decor offers the guarantee in the products against manufaturing defects.
The report of any defect must be written or verbaly about 30 (thirty) days after the receipt of the merchandise, informing the invoice number. After these deadlines we consider the delivery as approved.
Any changes of products without our written consent, automaticlly leads to the loss of gaurantee.
Stalden Decor disclaims itself of any responsability if the customer accepts merchandises with damage or violated packaging. As soon as the customer receives the order, they must immediately check it, ensuring the perfect status. In case of identifying any defects in any products, after opening the packaging or if the delivered product is not asked by the customer, they must contact us as soon as possible. Stalden Decor will not accept complaints about manufacturing defects if bad conservation or bad use of the product is clearly checked. To avoid it please, read the instructions described in the packaging.
Exchange product
10. Does Stalden Decor exchange products?
No, we do not exchange products. Except in cases when the delivered product is not the chosen by the customer, therefore, Stalden Decor needs to be contacted as soon as possible.
